Milli Sporcu Belgesi Yönetmeliği

Uluslararası spor müsabakalarında Türkiye’yi temsil eden sporculara millî sporcu belgesi verilmesine ilişkin usul ve esasları düzenleyen;

Spor federasyonları ve bu federasyonların üyesi olduğu uluslararası federasyonların yıllık faaliyet programlarında yer alan uluslararası resmî müsabakalara katılan sporcuları kapsayan;

Milli Sporcu Belgesi Verilmesi Hakkında Yönetmelik, 13 Haziran 2020 tarihli ve 31154 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girmiştir.

Yürürlükten kalkan yönetmelikte, milli sporcu belgeleri ıslak olarak imzalanıp, sporculara verilip, hem federasyon hem de Bakanlık tarafından arşivlemesi fiziki olarak yapılması gerekiyorken; yeni çıkarılan yönetmelikte, milli sporcu belgesi işlemleri Spor Bilgi Sistemi’nde tamamlandıktan sonra belgeyi almaya hak kazanan sporcular kendi e-devlet hesapları üzerinden belgelerine elektronik ortamda kolayca ulaşabilecek.

Düzenlenen milli sporcu belgeleri ile bunlara ilişkin her türlü veri, bilgi, belge ve kaydın Bakanlık bilişim sisteminde saklanarak fiziki arşivleme yapılmasına gerek duyulmaması sağlandı.
